Align energetically and subconsciously for positive change...
mind, body, spirit, and soul.
mind, body, spirit, and soul.
Life has many phases, and I appear to be moving into one. It is time for me to re-frame my business. I have felt this shift coming for several years, but have not known what this might look like or how to prepare. As my heart speaks, I find I need to adjust my work environment and my schedule to support a flow of new creative energies.
I will be serving you in different ways in the future. I am currently not sure what that form will take. I am guided to de-stress my life by simplifying, returning to nature, and spending more time healing on deeper levels. A sabbatical is in order.
As of November 1, 2018, I am no longer offering private sessions, but I continue to facilitate group sessions and classes, as I am inspired. My host is The Haven (Jen Cunnings' location in Richardson, TX). These will be announced through her meetup and through my email list. This website's contact form will be the best way to reach me.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey and for joining me on mine. Let's stay in touch.
May you be showered with blessings,
Something I hear often is what little time there seems to be for daily meditation. Well, what if I told you it is possible to benefit from even five to ten minutes of focus and breath? Yes, you can! Even a short meditation or visualization time will help you focus on positive attributes or explore your spiritual side in as little as five minutes.
Have you ever been in a room and felt uncomfortable? Do you feel overwhelmed in crowds? Do you have such compassion that you don’t realize you are “putting yourself in another’s shoes?” Do you “feel” other people’s pain? You may be an empath. An empath feels everything going on around them consciously, subconsciously, and energetically. They go by their feelings to make decisions and are extremely conscious of the way other people feel. They struggle to define themselves or to know where they end and another begins. Violence, arguments, bad attitudes, and anything associated with disharmony or chaos can affect them to the point of becoming physically ill.
At the core of everything is energy. Even you.
The knowledge of the chakra centers and auric field are found in several ancient Indian texts. This knowledge reveals the link between the mind, body, spirit, and soul. The chakras or “wheels” of energy are found within the body, and the auric field is a subtle electromagnetic energy that surrounds the body. These are visible or felt by those energy sensitive. Whether or not one has been trained to sense this energy, our subconscious is certainly aware. It is evident in our behavior and language. We instinctively protect our personal space and are uncomfortable when a stranger stands too close. This is the boundary of our auric field. Consider the phrase, “He died of a broken heart.” The energy cords of love connecting two people at the heart chakra can be so strong that when these cords are severed, the physical heart can literally “break.”
Notice the flower? It is not concerned that its time will be over soon, nor does it rush to go from one place to another. It stands in the majesty of Creation. It starts from a seed not knowing what it will be. As it grows, it becomes aware that it has grown leaves. It never "leaves" its moment of beingness. It stays fully in the present with each unfolding gift. It grows another leaf...another root. The bulb grows rounder and larger and takes in more water. It feels itself bathed in sunlight and breathes in those moments looking for no other, and yet it grows.
